Bethlen Gábor born in in 15th november 1580 in the castle of Marosillye.
In 23th october 1613 the noblemen of Transylvania elected him the prince of Transylvania.
Maybe the greatest statesman of Transylvania died in 15th november 1629 in Gyulafehérvár (Alba Iulia). Corresponding his last will his wife, Katalin Bradenburg got the power.
