CSS is not refreshing even though HTML and CSS files are updated
I am unable to change the design of an entire website. However, I can change only the CSS file.
After updating the CSS file, it is still showing the old design.
I have deleted all cache, cleared browser cache, and reopened my browser.
As an example: I have an image, it was showing something like the image is not connected.
After changing the css file, it has changed the image to a different image but still is not loading the new design.
If I click on the image, it is opening the old one.
Any idea?

From what I have seen, the Browser will cache images, styles etc. while you are online. It will not update unless you clear the cache.
