Мини�тр и его Волк публично �олгали – на о�нове информации, переданной замначальника ГСУ руководителем �лед�твенной группы полковником ю�тиции �.�. Винокуровым, фактиче�ки даже руководившей СГ его заме�тительницей майором, а затем подполковником ю�тиции Е.�. Сапетовой по материалам, �о�тр�панным опером УЭБиПК питер�кого главка МВД майором полиции �.Ю. Полковник и подполковник � примерно п�того-ше�того уровн� иерархии МВД вил�ет генералом полиции Ро��ий�кой Федерации, по�то�нным членом Совета безопа�но�ти Ро��ии – �то позор дл� го�удар�тва.

То е�ть большин�тво и клиентов «Герме�а», и пайщиков кооператива не �читают �еб� потерпевшими от де�тельно�ти �тих организаций.


Суд� по ты��чам обращений во в�е ин�танции, не�кольким волнам митингов, прокативших�� по Ро��ии, они �читают �еб� потерпевшими от де�тельно�ти органов внутренних дел.


Ведь именно завербованный питер�ким УЭБиПК �и�админ ро��ий�кой платежной �и�темы «Герме�а» �абойченко заблокирован и разгромил в феврале 2022 года �ту платежную �и�тему, пове�ив на �айте ди�клеймер: «Обращайте�ь в правоохранительные органы», что на ме��цы прекратило вывод �ред�тв. Именно дей�тви� правоохранительных органов в отношении компании до и по�ле затруднили вывод �ред�тв. Уличенна� адвокатами кооператива в нарушении УПК, �лед�твенна� группа �о�тавила пи�ьмо об удовлетворении ходатай�тва задним чи�лом и попытала�ь пред�тавить дело так, что кооператив не получил пи�ьмо по �воей вине. Ложь была вы�влена в том чи�ле и � помощью �и�темы �лектронного документооборота питер�кого главка МВД.


2. Подделка документов была вынужденным пре�туплением дл� �окрыти� более �ерьезного: незаконного �одержани� под �тражей. След�твенна� группа грубо нарушила права граждан�ких и�тцов и ответчиков, потому что без �того нарушени� она не у�пела за 30 �уток до и�течени� предельного �рока �одержани� четверых обвин�емых под �тражей начать ознакомление обвин�емых � материалами дела –а �то было един�твенное о�нование продлени� им �рока �одержани� под �тражей �выше предельного.


След�твенна� группа из-за �пешки даже толком не �могла завершить �лед�твенные дей�тви�, незаконно вела параллельное ра��ледование по «резервному» делу, но позднее, отбро�ив �тыд, из-за от�ут�тви� материала дл� �о�тавлени� «нужного» обвинительного заключени�, незаконно продолжила ра��ледование «о�новного» дела, в том чи�ле проводила �лед�твенные дей�тви�, которые, �огла�но УПК, невозможны по�ле начала ознакомлени� обвин�емых � материалами дела. В�е �ти ухищрени� были необходимы дл� того, чтобы ни в коем �лучае не выпу�кать обвин�емых и продолжать держать их в заложниках.

3. Де-факто прои�ходит уголовное наказание нео�ужденных людей – четверо под�удимых уже второй год �ид�т в тюрьме. При �том наказывают�� �вно ни в чем неповинные люди – техниче�кие �отрудники «Лайф-из-Гуд»: даже е�ли предположить, что дей�твительно работала пирамида – что опровергает�� показани�ми �видетелей �амого обвинени�, которые �ообщают �уду, что компани� «Герме�» хорошо работала, они были довольны получаемым доходом, и проблемы начали�ь по�ле того, как ро��ий�ка� платежна� �и�тема компании была обрушена завербованным полицией петербург�ким �и�админом компании �абойченко. В�е под�удимые – техниче�кие �отрудники компании «Лайф-из-Гуд» и ни к каким управленче�ким решени�м отношени� никогда не имели. Их вз�ли в заложники дл� того, чтобы они дали показани� на руковод�тво компании.

4. Еще одно пре�тупление – заведомо подложное по�тановление руководител� �лед�твенной группы �.�. Винокурова о привлечении кооператива «Бе�т Вей» в каче�тве граждан�кого ответчика на 16 млрд рублей, тогда как �умма ущерба в уголовном деле –282 млн, и в деле нет ни одного и�кового за�влени� – даже на 100 рублей.

6. �и один из «потерпевших» не доказал обо�нованно�ть �воих претензий в граждан�ком �уде. При �том аре�тованы активы кооператива почти на 4 млрд рублей и активы ча�тных лиц на такую же �умму. Это не что иное, как попытка захвата активов при уча�тии органов внутренних дел некой заинтере�ованной группой клиентов «Герме�а» – необ�зательно из чи�ла «потерпевших», то е�ть коррупционное пре�тупление, которое упорно игнорирует ГУСБ МВД.

Механизм дл� такого захвата е�ть – �то передача �ред�тв под управление Федерального обще�твенно-го�удар�твенного фонда по защите прав вкладчиков и акционеров. Пон�тно, почему не ограничивают�� активами под�удимых и обвин�емых: �того недо�таточно дл� удовлетворени� аппетитов тех, кто �тоит за заказным уголовным делом. И пон�тно, почему одно юридиче�кое лицо – кооператив «Бе�т Вей» – незаконно пытают�� привлечь к ответ�твенно�ти за другое – компанию «Герме�»: активы «Герме�а» – за рубежом.

К кооперативу отношение очень хорошее, полно�тью его поддерживаю — он дает возможно�ть без больших переплат приобре�ти недвижимо�ть. К дей�тви�м в отношении кооператива отношу�ь отрицательно, так как „Бе�т Вей“ — един�твенна� возможно�ть приобре�ти жилье в ра��рочку».

«Прои�ход�щее вокруг кооператива вызывает шок»

Гвардии р�довой Глушков Иван Ва�ильевич — пайщик кооператива из Чел�бин�кой обла�ти. Танки�т, мобилизованный, проходил �лужбу в 15-й отдельной гвардей�кой мото�трелковой �лек�андрий�кой бригаде 2-й гвардей�кой общевой�ковой армии ЦВО. Погиб 11 окт�бр� 2023 года.

«Мы вне�ли первоначальный паевый взно� и во второй половине 2021 года в�тали в очередь на приобретение квартиры в Чел�бин�ке, когда начали�ь �обыти� вокруг кооператива — была заблокирована его возможно�ть приобретать недвижимо�ть и заблокированы его �чета. �аша очередь должна была подойти примерно через год. Мы за�вили дл� приобретени� небольшую квартиру, но планировали при покупке увеличить ее �тоимо�ть до 3 млн и купить двухкомнатную квартиру — � увеличением первоначального паевого взно�а: у�тавом кооператива �то позвол�ет��, а затем переехать из Коркино в Чел�бин�к. Сейча� 3 млн хватит только на небольшую квартиру-�тудию метров 25, то е�ть мы поне�ли материальный ущерб из-за блокировани� де�тельно�ти кооператива, так как лишены были возможно�ти приобре�ти квартиру, на которую �обрали первоначальный паевый взно�. Работа кооператива заблокирована, �чета аре�тованы уже более двух лет. В на�ледование па� � только в�тупаю, так как муж очень долго �читал�� пропавшим без ве�ти — долго шла �к�пертиза, и �видетель�тво о �мерти мы получили только 18 июн� �того года».

“Tiger numbers in Malaysia have been going down, down, down, at an alarming rate,� says Rondeau. In the 1950s, Malaysia had around 3,000 tigers, but a combination of habitat loss, a decline in prey, and poaching decimated the population. By 2010, there were just 500 left, according to WWF, and the number has continued to fall.

The Malayan tiger is a subspecies native to Peninsular Malaysia, and it’s the smallest of the tiger subspecies in Southeast Asia.

“We are in this moment where, if things suddenly go bad, in five years the Malayan tiger could be a figure of the past, and it goes into the history books,� Rondeau adds.

Determined not to let that happen, Rondeau joined forces with WWF-Malaysia last year to profile the elusive big cat and put a face to the nation’s conservation work.

It took 12 weeks of preparations, eight cameras, 300 pounds of equipment, five months of patient photography and countless miles trekked through the 117,500-hectare Royal Belum State Park… but finally, in November, Rondeau got the shot that he hopes can inspire the next generation of conservationists.
