We have been involved in dog-breeding as a hobby for 10 years.
We got to know the English Bulldog in 2000
We became to like this species a lot
However, we managed to buy a bitch only 2 years later from a well-known Hungarian breeder, from whom we've recieved many vertical pieces of advise so for.
Since then we've been developing our livestock continuausly and conscionsly, usually with bithes bred by us.
We highly pay attetion to covering our bitches with males of good blood-root and genetic ablities and with good results
In the year 1835 the bull baiting where prohibited and the breed were almost to disappear. But there were a few enthusiasts, who wanted to preserve the breed and make into a friendly pet dog.
This succeeded and the modern bulldog took shape. Its present unique look has fairly little in common with the ancient fighting-dogs.
Overall impression
The English Bulldog is a smooth-haired, sturdily built dog, fairly low built but wide, strong and compact. The head is massive and rather big compared to the dog's size, but never to an extreme so the symmetry (overall impression) makes the dog appear deformed or effects its ability to move. The face shall be short, the nose shall be wide, with a snub and pointed upwards. The body is short and compact, the legs sturdy, muscular and in good condition. The back is high and strong but somewhat lighter compared to the sturdily built front. The bitch isn't as big and well developed as the male dog.
Behaviour and characteristics
The English Bulldog behaviour shows determination, strength and activity. The temperament shall be wakefulness, boldness, loyalty, reliability and braveness. Its behaviour shall be both intense (violent, but not aggressive) and affectionate.
