In our home application, depending on the presense and position of the home members various entertainment and household appliances will be automatically operated. Hence, location determination is an important issue here. Now we will describe a location detection project named MoteTrack. This is an effort where Mica2/Mica2Dot motes were used. Mica2/Mica2Dot is also our target platform. After the description, we will propose a modified version of the MoteTrack project for our home application.
