By using the powerful 250W MSD lamp (2000 hours lamp life) and successfully combining high light output with smaller lamp size, the MAC 250 perfectly compliments the RoboScan 218/518 scanner range by being compact but extremely powerful. Its radical optical system creates a bright but gentle light beam with a precise and sharp edge - perfect for stage and club applications. It provides 4 user-configured beam angles from 12.1° to 23.3° ( 12.1°, 14.6°, 17.5°, 23.3° )

The MAC 250+ is a variant of the MAC 250 that provides an 18.3° achromatic lens system, easily replaceable color filters, and indexible gobo rotation. The award winning MAC 600 and MAC 500 managed to define the industry standards anew, but found their limits in creative mid ranged projects in respect of size, weight and price. Fashion Shows, Museums, Shopping Malls, Clubs, Bars, Cinemas, Cruise ships, Churches, Exhibitions, Promotional Lighting…are only some applications, where the Mac 250´s 18 kg, its marvelous "Baby-Look" and its charming price/value relation will give the designer a totally new dimension for their creativity.

There will be no limits attaching the MAC 250 to the ceiling or a rig/truss. A specially designed flightcase for two or four MAC 250’s is available and gives an absolutely safe and easy use of the MAC 250 while on the road.
