I searched and read everything I could find on the Amcrest site about it and followed their instructions but nothing worked. I contacted their support - which was pretty decent in the end. I think I may have stumbled upon some outdated instructions through a Google search. About a day after I first wrote to them a guy wrote me back with some instructions that didn't make a lick of sense!
