update for the firmware on the camera. No matter what I tried, it wouldn't update. I searched and read everything I could find on the Amcrest site about it and followed their instructions but nothing worked. I contacted their support - which was pretty decent in the end. A little slow, but basically they answered the question. Apparently the instructions I searched and found on their site weren't the correct instructions for this camera. I think I may have stumbled upon some outdated instructions through a Google search. About a day after I first wrote to them a guy wrote me back with some instructions that didn't make a lick of sense! I wrote back and asked some questions and he got back to me pretty quickly with an answer that made sense. I did the update and it seemed to go through okay. But, cheap Authentic jordans , the cloud service still says I need to do the update. Finally, I figured why bother with it anymore... the camera works perfectly as is... so I don't need no update! And the camera is working perfectly. I think it did Crosswhite, and her Insta-Lover/Rescuer, Dan the Lawyer.
