Hailing from King Williams Town in the Eastern Cape, I am a Bachelor of Commerce graduand at the University of the Witwatersrand. I have served and led extensively in various student structures at Wits, a journey which culminated into me leading as the Speaker and Chair of the Wits Student Parliament in 2012 and President of the Wits SRC in 2013. I have interests in politics, current affairs, philosophy and economics and have a keen and ready ear for jazz and gospel music. I also enjoy reading, blogging and chilling with friends and comrades in my spare time. I'm passionate about issues of social justice and development. Follow me @Sibulele_ (image: Miles Mossop Wines) Cape Town - We've just received news that TOKARA'S talented and respected winemaker, Miles Mossop will be leaving the Stellenbosch wine estate to pursue Miles Mossop Wines - which has, up until now been produced in conjunction with TOKARA. You might be familiar with the white 'Saskia' - a white blend of Chenin Blanc, Viognier and Clairette Blanche, 'Max' his red Bordeaux blend or 'Kika' - a Noble Late Harvest made from Chenin Blanc. These wines are all named after Miles' children. Here they all are Saskia, Max & Kika helping me press the first batch of the 2015 Kika. It is looking stunning but very little botrytis.
