The Equal initiative supports such experimental initiatives that encourage people who are for some reasons disadvantaged to enter the labour market. The Hungarian Equal program has the following thematic fields:

A. Helping people who are in a disadvantageous labour market situation to enter and reintegrate again to the labour market.

B. Supporting lifelong learning and such 'inclusive' job practices which help people affected by discrimination and inequalities in the labour market find jobs and staying in the labour market.

C. Decreasing the gender inequalities and occupational segregation of the labour market.

D. Supporting asylum seekers' integration to the social life and labour market.
