Gender mainstreaming

Taking the aspects of equal opportunities of the genders into consideration in all levels and fields: the dimensions of genders should be integrated in every level of policy making from planning, through implementation, monitoring and evaluation in order to promote the effectiveness of equal opportunities of genders.
