The ILO Convention

Convention (No.100) concerning Equal Remuneration for Men and Women Workers for Work of Equal Value that was accepted on the 34th session in 1951 of International Labour Organization (ILO) declares first the principle of 'equal pay for equal work'.

In Hungary it was declared in the Act LVII of 2000 by the Hungarian Parliament.
