My name is Petra Szarvas, I'm studying Faculty of Veterinary Science in Budapest. I've been surrounded with dogs since my early childhood. Our family had two dogs, a beagle (Samu) and a hungarian puli (Pamacs). But I always wanted to have an own dog, who with I can do dog sports. After a lot of consideration I've found my dream breed - the Border collie. Milly's arrival turned my life upside-down, but in a good way. I've done and tried a lot of things with her, but herding is the most special ones of them, this is the sport which suits both of us. Milly has reached a lot in this sports, she is devoted to herding, so do I. But the most important of all, she is the best partner in everyday life, it's a joy to live with her. My second Border collie, Beta came to my life from our litter B, he is my destiny and the perfect dog for me, I can move to to next level in herding with him. So my life - of course, besides the university - spends with two dogs, who stand next to me as great sportdogs and partners.

My prior aim is to breed healthy dogs with excellent character and working ability, dogs who has an elegant, harmonic budy building without any extremity, which make them appropriate in any sport. I do not support the large amount of litters, so we only have a litter after careful planning, only with the parents who has all the necessary health tests and who are prefectly fits our breeding program. I select the futurbe owners very carefully, I only sell puppies to a realiable, sporty home, where the owners have enough devotion and freetime to having a Border collie. We give every help to our owners, we socialize and raise the puppies properly, and if the owners need any help, they can always rely on us. I'd like to follow the life of all of my puppies, so we keep in contact with the owners every day, and we organise various kind of programs together.

After many years of having a Border collie, we've always thought that we should have a farm, where we can keep domestic animals and provide an oppurtunity of herding and agility for other dog owners. The farm project has been finished in 2012, near to our home. We hold trainings to any kind of dogs who are on a different level in herding, moreover, we also have a full and modern agility course - all this can be found by the forest in a beautiful and quiet place.
