I was thinking a lot about the father of our next litter. I was searching dogs only from abroad who are really far away from Milly's pedigree. It was an important viewpoint that the dog isn't from the showline but from a "brains and beauty" line. I have criterias of the studdogs. They have to be versatile, active sport dogs, they have to have proportional and elegant appearance and all necessary health tests. That's how I found Josh who is parallel to my criterion. He is an active search and rescue dog, he competes in Obedience 2nd class, he often does herding and sometimes agility, as well. He has fantastic character and intelligence, he is always quick to act. He's a real workaholic, but at the same time he can be the little boy of his mummy. His owner, Claudia thinks he is a real dream come true dog! Beside this he has very good pedigree, his father is one of my favourite border collies, Laetare Bowler Jack "Space" (he is imported from England, now living in Finland), who has already proved a lot in breeding and work. His progenies have became great sport dogs. Josh's mother, Megan is also a really successful dog, she has IPO, BH, RH-FL B exam and herding test.
