All in all things are going well on mine so far, doing a lot more exercising daily than I was when I started, although have had a few set backs such as the female neighbor across the street conspiring against me by bringing me cupcakes - although she did at least comment on how much weight I've lost and said I was looking good which is always an extra bonus.

Well today is the day that we begin. I am very excited about this. My goal, of course, is to lose weight. When I worked at a job that was more physical, controlling my weight was not a problem. But, now that I work in a sedentary job, it has become a nightmare. I have gained 60 pounds in the past year and I am looking forward to losing that extra half of a person that I am dragging around. I am older, so the extra weight is a serious health issue. Heart attacks, diabetes, strokes and high blood pressure are just a few of the diseases that I risk if I do not lose this weight.

Also, I am really sick of dragging the weight around. I hate the way I look. This is the first year I did not even try on new swimsuits. I just did not want to see what I looked like. I go through my day and try to think very little about how I look. That is no way to be. Henceforth, I no longer choose to accept this challenge to my self esteem. I hope that other ladies who are in the same boat as myself will be encouraged to join in this challenge. More Info here buy vitamins

Lord Vague. You can take more than one day of rest if you want. You really need only three days of strength training and a little cardo each day. I've taken a week off at a time and noticed that when I start my routine again I see much more muscle gain than if I stayed with my old routine. You should also switch up things a bit because your muscles will get used to the same workouts if you do it for a long period of time.

The funny thing is I wear the same clothes as I did before. I focus on heavy weight training. Lost my body fat and gained most of it back in muscle. Plus I'm a lot more strong than I used to be. So proud of myself. I am a lot more toned and you can see my muscles a lot better. But other than that when I have on pants and long sleeves you can't tell a difference lol. I would like to become very muscular. But I have such a small fram as it is with only 14% body fat my muscles are popping out. But I look healthy to only be 98 pounds. Guess that's just how I'm supposed to be. I should be happy with it lol.

I also eat about 25% of my recommended fat intake. So really less than 10 percent of my overall diet comes from fat. I eat lots of protein and carbs. I also do a 30 minute jog daily. But because my body fat is getting so low and my metabolism is naturally through the roof. I'm starting to get dizzy sometimes. So I've had to increase some fatty intake to make sure I don't pass out.
