China's National Health Commission (NHC) has reported a confirmed case of COVID-19. 62 new cases in the country yesterday with no additional deaths found.

As of Wednesday (August 4), the total number of foreign coronavirus cases stood at 7,552 in mainland China. Of these, 6,847 people have been discharged from hospital after recovery, while another 705 remain in hospital. No deaths have been reported in those patients.
