Huawei has updated the latest information on AppGallery, Huawei's official app download platform that replaces Google's Play Store, with more than 530 million monthly active users. Set apps at 384 billion times in 2020, an 83% increase from 2019


The game-type app grew up to 500%, SLOT with some of the most popular body games like AFK Arena, Asphalt 9: Legends or Clash of Kings, among others.


Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei CBG (Consumer Business Group), revealed that Huawei has 2.3 million registered developers developing apps for AppGallery, up 77% from 2019.


Zhang Zhe, Director of Global Partnerships at Huawei CBG, revealed that there are currently more than 1 million AppGallery users in 42 countries around the world. This increased from 25 countries in 2019, and confirmed that "Huawei pushes app development in order to enhance the user experience."
