Hi...just wondering if there is a sports supplement store in the Nerja area (for protein etc.)?
Trying to avoid having to go into Malaga! ☺️ Cheers! |

One place that comes to mind: Health Nutrition, 21 Av. Ciudad de Pescia. Next to Time Sports fitness center, quite near the Iranzo supermarket on the roundabout.

Hi,
I am going to Ko Samui in November for a week to join a Muay Thai training camp. Due to my lifestyle and the intense daily training, I was planning to not only take my supplements but also one or two tubs of recovery/electrolyte powder with me. Maybe even some protein powder. Has anyone experience with bringing this product into Thailand or can give me some advice? Do I need to declare them at the airport? I understand from other posts that it is definitely better to not bring supplement in plastic bags and better bring the original box. I am not sure though about protein powders and such. Appreciate your help and thanks in advance. Carsten |

Certainly, bring them in unopened original packing. Because if you got a random check by Customs, they would take time to sort out what it was.
I can not see any reason that you would need to declare them. I take me a number of Vitamins into Thailand. All of these ones are sold in Thailand, I just find it easier. Chok Dee |

Agree, use the original containers, and you should be fine if you bring.
You can buy all you need here too, Morya Pharmacies certainly has what you need, lots of their shops around the island too. |

yes, you see them all the time in Morya chemists, and you can't drive far without passing one. There is a big one opposite Central Festival entrance on the road towards the beach.

Hi...just wondering if there is a sports supplement store in the Nerja area (for protein etc.)? Trying to avoid having to go into Malaga! ☺️ Cheers! brand name proteins (and I think other sports supplements) are expensive in Thailand, like most other consumer goods. and I'm talking about Bangkok, Samui will probably be worse. better to buy in your own country and bring here. you can buy cheaper stuff here but it's low quality and a lot of sugar/flavoring. I used to eat a lot of protein from tubs in the UK before I moved here. Now I find it cheaper/better to eat protein in foods e.g. egg whites, chicken, beans/lentils. |

S23 is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) and has been studied and proven to increase muscle mass, reduce fat mass, and has a very high binding affinity to the androgen receptors. It is non-steroidal and has tissue-selective anabolic effects in muscle and bone while sparing other androgenic effects that come from anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS). It also has been shown to decrease prostate size in studies, which is the opposite of a very common negative side effect of anabolic steroids (enlargement of the prostate).
