Im looking to start an e commerce site, I have no knowledge what so ever of this. Just looking for basic help if you don't mind
I know I can get and sell the product, but no idea how to get to the top of google and how much this could cost? I know its a vague question as all industries etc will be different.
Website im guesing is 6-7k, not an issue, could sell on e bay but same companies that sell their products here sell them for 40% cheaper on e bay than their own sites.

Do both ebay and own site. Not as if ebay will cost you much without sales, and with sales you should make far more than the fees.

Do you have a supplier?
How will you distribute the orders?
Is this a DIY project or will you be employing someone to fullfull the orders?
