I was once recommended to see a psychologist to help me understand what my problem is and why I can't find a girlfriend. Maybe I was unlucky with the specialist, but it was the stupidest thing I've ever done. He didn't help me at all. He just made my insecurity problem worse. I could only get out of this depressive hole when I decided to register on a dating site. Communicating on a dating site gave me more self-confidence than going to a psychologist.
