النشاط الأساسي للشركة: يجب أن تكون الأنشطة الأساسية للشركة نقية وغير محرمة في الإسلام. ذلك يعني تجنب الشركات التي تعمل في قطاعات مثل البنوك التقليدية (التي تعتمد على الربا)، كذلك شركات تصنيع الكحول، وشركات القمار، وغيرها من الأنشطة المحرمة أيضا. الهيكل المالي للشركة:قائمة بنك البلاد للاسهم النقية 2023 ينبغي أن تكون نسبة الديون الربوية التي تتحملها الشركة محدودة وتتماشى مع النسب المقبولة في الفقه الإسلامي. كما يجب أن تكون السيولة النقدية واستثمارات الشركة متوافقة مع الشريعة. التعاملات المالية: تجنب المعاملات التي تتضمن الفوائد الربوية أو الممارسات المالية غير الشفافة. يفضل أن تكون المعاملات التجارية والاستثمارية متوافقة مع مفهوم المشاركة في الربح والخسارة (المضاربة والمشاركة). التدقيق الشرعي: يجب أن تخضع الشركات لمراجعات وتدقيق من قبل هيئات شرعية مستقلة لضمان التزامها بالمعايير الإسلامية. هذه الهيئات تقوم بفحص الأنشطة المالية والتجارية للشركة لضمان توافقها مع الشريعة. |
