The JetBlue refund policy changes depending on the type of tickets you bought and the cancellation window. The guidelines are as follows:

Anytime after booking a ticket that was refundable, a consumer might cancel it.
The refund will be given to the customer as e-credit, however, if they bought a non-refundable ticket. Additionally, there are cancellation fees.
Customers occasionally cancel their flight reservations within the allotted time. They can then receive a full refund and avoid having to pay cancellation fees.
