Is .NET framework required to install MySQL? Beállítások

I am really sorry for this seemingly dumb question but I am new to programming. I am starting data science from today and the first thing I want to learn (and I have read in many answers) is SQL due to which I need to install MySQL. But when I tried running the MySQL installer, it said it needs .NET framework 4.5.2. Now I don't understand all this. Where should I get this and is there anything else I need to download? It would really be helpful if you guys help me out. Thanks
