I'm new here on this discussion board I have been a long time lurker and now possess a relevant issue which i pray some of you people can sort out.

I was on the look to find a few reliable and trusted offshore company incorporation agent, since I live in Portugal and don't want to pay the substantial taxes here than I decided to go along with Costa Rica Corporation, will likely not posting a link to prevent to become deemed useless posts, now these people said that for my requirements I can not use them but instead need to look at some incorporation in another offshore jurisdiction for instance Cyprus, now I ran across the website http://www.web-chamber.com in which is actually an appealing blog containing plenty of information regarding this particular issue, what interest me is, if some of you'll be able to figure out how I is able to reduce my taxes not having going the offshore way or if Cyprus in reality is among the area I would look for ?

My needs are generally to pay a minimal taxes feasible, need bank account with internet banking and a credit card merchant account to take credit card payments for my Boot store.
