I'm new here on this discussion board I have been a very long time lurker and now have a very appropriate problem which i trust a few of you gentlemen can sort out.

I became on the look to locate a few reliable and honest offshore company incorporation agent, since I reside in Southern spain and wouldn't like to pay the high taxes here than I went with Costa Rica Corporation, won't posting a link in order to avoid to become deemed junk, now they said that for my requests I can not use them but instead will want to look at some incorporation within another offshore jurisdiction just like Malta, currently I ran across the website http://www.web-chamber.com that is actually an interesting web log has plenty of information regarding this kind of theme, just what interest me is, if a few of you can identify how I can reduce my tax not having going the offshore way or if Malta definitely is one of the spot I would consider ?
