LDH Ploughshare Type High-efficient Mixer  
     
  Principle:  
     
 
When LDH Ploughshare Type High-efficient Mixer is mixing, the inner material under the function of ploughshare, one side flow to the along the cask wall.
On the other side, spray flow to the both side of the line direction along the ploughshare. When material flow through the fly knife, it is intensive cast and disperse by the high-speed fly knife. When complex function under the ploughshare and fly knife, which make the material convention, spread, turnover, then reach the even mixing result.

 
     
  Structure Characteristics:  
     
  The machine is made up of the transmitting machinery, horizontal cask, ploughshare fly knife group ect parts. When complex function under the ploughshare and fly knife, which make the material convention, spread, turnover, then reach the even mixing result.
Transmitting parts: the rotary of the ploughshare bearing is through swing line pin planet speed reducer to shift speed. Then it is drove by the joint bearing. Fly knife motor (assistant motor) directly drive.
Horizontal cask is rolled by the steel board, every joint point has sealed requirements. Thus, it can ensure work under the mini-pressure condition.

 
     
  Applications:  
 
This machine is widely used for the pharmaceutical, chemical, pesticide, veterinary, foodstuff, feedstuff, feedstuff additive, dying, dyestuff, paint, plastic ect industries solid-solid (powder and powder) mixing, liquid( add a little of powder) mixing and damp granulating, drying ect compound flow. Especially applies to mixing of sticky and colloid additive.
