YWJ100 Soft Gelatin Production Line  
  The new YWJ100 soft gelatin encapsulation machine (for laboratory) is elaborately designed on the base of bulk production type of 152 and 182 and according to the requirements of GMP standard. It is a simple and efficient laboratory machine, 220V power supply is used by the whole equipment. It is mainly for R&D or small batch production of gelatin capsule products in laboratories or pharmaceutical researching institutes.  
  The whole set of the equipment is simple and efficient with small occupation. It includes a main machine, control system, a dryer, a set of mold and a movable table, as well as an auxiliary ZJBT-30 vacuum agitator. All the materials for the whole set of the equipment are well selected to meet the GMP requirements, making it applicable for medical, food and cosmetic industries.

  The main machine is the center of the soft gelatin encapsulation machine, whose function is to simultaneously finish the preparation of the gelatin ribbon, quantitative feeding of the content (liquid or sticky materials), and packing to form the pills.

  The dryer consists of a one-section tumble and a fan. Through adjusting the direction of the tumble, the gelatin capsules can be maintained in it for drying or be discharged. The dryer is mainly for the forming and drying in soft gelatin capsule production
