See and be seen! We can appreciate the importance of this if we open our half-closed eyes and see the visible world as it is. The improvement of the external and internal vision of visually impaired children and the positive development of their feelings can only be achieved with the help of their closer and wider environment.
Dear mother, unfortunately there is something wrong with the child's eyes! - this phrase is heard often form the visited professionals.
Where do I go? Who do I contact for help? What will become of my child? A few fears and questions of parents. Yet perhaps the most important question of all: What happens to the children when I will be gone?
We understand this problem and so we created our Foundation in 1992, to facilitate the social integration of visually impaired children, as well as to help them achieve equal opportunities.
Our goal is to give education for visually impaired children to achieve a better life and to see smiles on their faces!
Our motto:
It is only with the heart that one can see rightly,
What is essential is invisible to the eye.
(Antoine de Saint-Exupéry)
