This weekend I participated in my very first yoga triathlon!https://pupswithchopsticks.com/wp-content/uploads/herb-roasted-turkey-legs-pinterest-new2-1.jpg It had been amazing, challenging,
tough and energizing all at the same time.
Now you might be wondering what a yoga exercise triathlon is; mine was
a yoga exercise sculpt class, a three mile run and
a vinyasa stream class. We didn't compete keenly against each
other, but instead participated within the tri as a community of individuals who like fitness and yoga.
The complete event lasted about 3 1/2 hours and we had
been rewarded with Jimmy John's sandwiches, snacks and

it was just three hours of my entire life and during that time I felt just like a total warrior.
Basically I thought I could perform anything - Which is honestly
the very best feeling. I centered on gaining strength from others around me, reminding
myself that I've endured worse items and that quitting was out of the question.
If you've ever hesitating signing up for something, simply do it and hold yourself accountable.

Who cares if you don't finish initial, or when you have to walk the entire way?
The main point is that you began and you finished;
you achieved and challenged yourself which in itself will feel incredible.

If you do end up signing up for a race or event, be sure you pack plenty
of snacks because you will be HUNGRY! I made
sure which i was energized to last through the whole tri by firmly taking it easy your day before, feeding
on lots of peanut butter toast and sprouted grain bread and bringing along many of these delicious
Cheerios pubs made out of all natural ingredients.
I recall enjoying Cheerios as a youngster (especially honey-nut!) and couldn't resist baking bars out of these.
I love that they are made of oats plus they have an awesome crunchy texture that might be perfect for
on the go snackin'. Do you guys still enjoy a plate of Cheerios once in a while?
I actually like eating them in my own greek yogurt or putting them
in my strawberry proteins shakes being a protein dairy and cereal
breakfast time.
To maintain these for roast Turkey Legs Convection oven the healthy side,
I focused on utilizing a few simple ingredients that
are easily available and nutritious.
-Plain Cheerios. The best.

-Almond butter. I utilized the crunchy edition but creamy will be
great as well. I favor the natural kind. Peanut butter also functions.

-Flaxseed meal. You certainly don't have to add in the
flaxseed food however it adds excellent healthy fats, fiber and proteins!
I recommend it.
-Dark chocolate & coconut oil. this basic drizzle makes the pubs a little more special,
but again it's totally optional.
Quite possibly a very important thing on the subject of these pubs is that they are therefore dang
easy. I whipped them up in five minutes, stuck them within the refrigerator to harden up then was snackin on one 10 minutes afterwards.
They were absolutely perfect for my yoga triathlon snack and offered me the ideal quantity of energy.

Ingredients
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 teaspoon coconut oil
sea salt, for sprinkling
Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan with nonstick food preparation spray.

Heat moderate saucepan more than low warmth and add
in honey and almond butter. Stir frequently until even, creamy and warm.
Mix in flaxseed meal after that transfer to a big bowl.
Stir in Cheerios. Transfer to ready baking sheet and press to edges evenly using a rubber spatula to make sure bars are also.
Then press extremely firmly down with your hands.
To make the delicious chocolate drizzle, place chocolates and coconut oil in a little microwave safe dish and heat on high 30
seconds. Stir. If delicious chocolate hasn't melted totally place in microwave
once again in 10 second intervals and stir until melted.

Place pan in the fridge for 15 minutes to

20 calories per bar.
Feel free to use peanut butter instead of almond butter.
