But the students have caught a fever, and Priest Yohanes has been requested to create a remedy. Large amounts of poison sacs are needed, and you are requested to gather them and bring them to the Priest.

1. Talk to Elrias in the center of Talking Island Village.
2. Hunt Giant Spiders (lvl 15 aggressive) until you get a Poison Sac.
3. Give the sac to Priest Yohanes in the village church. He will give you a Fever Medicine.
4. Give the medicine to Elrias.
