Proof of Valor
Praetorian Rukain always treats young Orcs like little kids. He says that those who desire to be acknowledged as Orc Fighters must prove their valor by hunting the kasha wolf and bringing back fifty of their fangs as proof.

1. Talk to Praetorian Rukain at the north exit of the Orc Village.
2. Hunt Kasha Wolves (lvl 4 passive) until you collect 50 Kasha Wolf Fangs. They are not far out of town.
3. Give the fangs to Praetorian Rukain, and he will give you a Necklace Of Courage or a Necklace Of Valor.
4. Repeat.
Note that if you wish to do the level 9 quest, you must repeat this quest until you get (and keep!) the Necklace Of Valor.
