| 10-Channel Infrared Remote Control | |
| For
switching 10 different applications via relay On or Off. 1 of the 10
different relays, respectively can be switched on or off each time.
Transmitter: 3V battery, receiver: 12V. Range: approx. 5m (with convergent
lens approx. 10m, does not belong to the scope of delivery). Max.
rupturing capacity of the installed relay: 25V 0.25A AC or DC. If this
capacity is not sufficient, stronger relays may be topped. 8 SMD diodes
have to be soldered into the board.
|
Mounting
instructions: Assemble the boards according to the parts list and drawing. The assembly print on the “Receiver” board is not totally complete. Therefore, please follow the print in the description. There are 2 wire straps on the receiver board (please solder in). Furthermore 8 SMD diodes must be soldered on the strip conductor side of the transmitter board. Please pay attention to the special soldering instructions for SMD components. |
| Setting
into operation: The transmitter board is operated with 3 volts (a battery holder for 2 round cells is most suitable, it also fits into the recommended case). The transmitter only consumes current if a push-button is pressed. The receiver should be operated either with a 12V battery or with a stabilized 12V power supply. For switching both infrared LEDs of the transmitter must point at the semicircular receiving diode in the case of the IF receiver “IF”. If you press any key of the transmitter now, the LED “LED3” on the receiver board lights up and the relay headed for is switched on. The relay stays on until either another channel is pressed or when pressing the key “S11”. As a matter of principle the key S11 switches off that channel which is just switched on without switching on any other channel. If loads of more than 0.25A max. 25V shall be switched on, you have to switch a stronger relay (not part of the scope of delivery) with the installed semiconductor relay, respectively, and then the higher load is to be switched with the stronger relay.

| Technical data:
Channels: 10, each with own relay output
The transmitter consists of an infrared transmitter which transmits coded signals to the receiver via a keyboard-encoder (HT12A). The infrared signal is received by the IF-receiver element TFMS 5330 and decoded via the decoder IC HT12D with 4028. The single signals are then supplied to the respective semiconductor relays. The semiconductor relays contain at the input side one infrared LED each and 2 bipolar Power MOS transistors each at the output side by means of which the connected load can be switched then.
To operate up to 10 other devices like lamps, radio, electric railway or other consumers by remote control.
