I live in the eastern part of Hungary in a nice quiet town. There are no mountains near this area. We have to travel app. 80 kilometers to find them, but there start the beautyful Carpathians. We usually climb small rocks in the Hungarian mountains. If we have more time, we usually go to the High Tatra mountains, the highest mountain range in the Carpathians. We can climb there big walls and in winter practise winter climbing and ice climbing. If we have even more time, we go to the Alps or to the Dolomites, where we try to climb higher and more difficult mountains than in the High Tatra. However, doesn't matter if it is the High Tatra or the Alps simply I love mountains. I love the peace and the tranquility and so many things one cannot express with mediocre words.
Currently I live in London for a while, where I can hardly find mountains, but perhaps I have other 'mountains' here to 'climb'.
