I’m currently comparing several types of roasting equipment for a business project and have realized that price alone probably isn’t the best way to make the decision. I’m looking at production volume, available space, electrical requirements, ease of operation, and the possibility of increasing capacity later. What criteria would you suggest using when comparing commercial coffee roasters?
