Really bad experience.

I called the toll-free technical support number for my expander. The person I spoke to was rude and said that the help would have to be paid for. When I said I thought it was free based on one call I made a few months ago to set up and that I didn't want to pay, he was very rude, didn't care and hung up. I managed to resolve this issue within the next few hours, but I will no longer be purchasing Netgear and advise my non-tech savvy friends and family to do the same.
