To fix the HP printer in error state, start by checking the physical connections to your printer. ThControl Panel and see if the status of your printer is Ready. Check whether the tray is loaded, confirm if the device is online. Go to Devices and Printers with adequate papers. If the problems still persist, reinstall the printer drivers. Alternatively, update the existing drivers. Visit the HP support website to download printer drivers.
