The main goal of this site is to test browsers printing capabilities, so I created some practical usage for printing Calendars and Name cards.
The templates are designed for print on A4 paper format.
Editing needs knowledge of Cascading Stylesheet
When ready to print
-Select "Print preview"
-Adjust printing properties:
1. Print backgrounds
2. No headers, footnotes, margins
3. Size: 100%
4. Orientation (portrait/landscape)
To save ink while testing, print to .pdf with Webkit based browsres and to .xps with Firefox and Internet Explorer.
On Windows XP you need to install .XPS (part of ASP.NET)
! Always test with Webkit based browsers ! (even in prewiev could be seen the errors) (wrong or none shadow printing)
