RULES

1. Submitted videos must be about Friends, One Tree Hill, Charmed, Smallvile, Gilmore Girls, 7th heaven, OC, or Lost only. Crossovers between those shows are allowed.

2. You can only submit your own videos, not the work of others.

3. Videos must be online the whole round. After all if I can't download, I'm not able to judge it.

4. Each round you can submit 3 videos. Decide which category fits in your opinion best. For each video you can choose up to 3 categories.

5. Each video can only be submitted once.

6. Videos shouldn't be bigger than 50 MB.

7. Acceptable Formats : Real Player (.rm), Windows Media (.wmv), .mpeg, .mpg .mov or .avi and .DVIX. Zipped files are certainly allowed.

8. When it says 'Rules' add the words "Always and Forever". (Changes with every round!) That shows me that you read, and UNDERSTAND the rules.

9. Please no Slash or porn.

10.You can only send one video for the 'Theme' challenge.

11.After 30 entries I will close the round.

12. Sometimes I will give Runner Up awards, but sometimes I won't give award. But there must be 3 entries at one category to start judgeing. If there wasn't enough then the entries will go for the next round.

13. Because of the last slow round, you MUST link my site on your site.
