That seems like a huge oversight because if you ever do need the video for some legal reason, it's going to be pretty useless without a date and time stamp. You can work around it by taking a screenshot of the video because they do have the date and time under the video but it's in the frame that surrounds the video rather than on the video itself. So you're left with a single-frame outtake with the date and time on it. It might be enough to confirm for the police or courts that the video was indeed taken at a certain time... but it's not as iron clad as a time stamp on the video itself would be.
Another complaint about the cloud service is their email notification system,
