Japanese people reacted with a mixture of anger and resignation to North Korea's latest test launch of a missile over northern Japan, with some suggesting that the international community should now treat the regime of Kim Jong-un as a "terrorist organisation”.
Millions of residents were awoken by sirens and alerts on Friday as Pyongyang fired its second missile over the country in less than a month.
"Japanese people have not been subjected to this kind of threat since the end of the war more than 70 years ago", said Ken Kato, a Tokyo-based human rights activist.
"People genuinely feel that unless something is done quite soon, then their families are at risk", he told The Telegraph. "This is the situation we are in now and we have to adapt to these realities,

It is still early days for electric vehicles (EV), but with more motorists reaping the benefits of electric driving, the market is growing.
Total plug-in car registrations for 2016 passed the sector’s 2015 total,http://siemprelucenacf.es/index.php/component/user/?option=com_content&view=article&id=115cheapjordanshoesfreeshipping.com/bolg, while the Government’s pledge to invest ?35m in the ultra-low emission vehicle sector will help ensure that development of the UK’s EV charging infrastructure keeps pace.
Improvements in battery technology mean that pure EVs can now travel around 100 miles on a full charge, while plug-in hybrids (PHEVs) and range extenders enable vehicles to travel several hundred miles.
Choice of vehicle has also improved, with the UK’s 10 best-selling car brands now offering EV options in a range of models, including superminis, large family cars,

Electricity saving: EV fuel costs are approximately 2p per mile
This trend is influenced in part by compliance and the UK’s commitment to carbon reduction. At the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP21) in Paris last year, the Government reaffirmed that almost all cars and vans would be zero-emission by 2050. Electric cars, with CO2 emissions around 40pc less than a small petrol car, and reduced use of fossil fuels,http://www.mapsxm.com/search/node/cheapjordanshoesfreeshipping.com/bolg, are set to play a key role in achieving this.
Regulatory influences aside,
cheap jordan shoes, real business and financial gains could be made by organisations that buy into the EV infrastructure, including government grants towards the costs of electric cars, tax breaks and savings on fuel costs.
EV fuel costs are approximately 2p per mile, compared with the 10p to 12p for a typical petrol or diesel car ? provided that EV users have access to a tariff that charges less for off-peak times overnight.?Charging the car overnight to take advantage of off-peak energy rates costs significantly less than filling up with petrol or diesel.
And as more people switch to electric, more charging facilities will be needed. Energy solutions supplier E.ON have launched their own EV charging points for businesses to help them meet this demand.
On the move
Phil Gilbert, director of energy solutions at E.ON, says: “We’re seeing huge growth in the number of new electric vehicles on the road, including hybrid technologies and pure electric vehicles from manufacturers such as Tesla, BMW and Mitsubishi.
“As this growth continues,

To do that, the company (which has a well-established network of charging points across Europe), is launching a range of charge-point solutions. It’s part of a wider drive from E.ON to work with clients to help maximise the benefits of investment in EV infrastructure.

Increased demand: E.ON have launched their own EV charging points

The company will work with clients to optimise the logistics and economics of installing the new technology, with some able to use it not only as a cost-saving measure for their fleets but also as a potential revenue stream.
Some of the organisations likely to benefit most from investment in EV charging solutions include large, out-of-town business parks, universities, car park operators, large sports, leisure and entertainment venues, city and county councils, and large hotel chains, that could offer free charging to customers or charge a fee to people who just want to use the car park.
Companies could offer a free charging service to clients or guests, or incorporate it into their employee benefits, and provide access to charging for staff,

Electric vehicles could also become the company car of choice. The plug-in car grant provides 35pc towards the purchase price, up to a maximum of ?4,500,
cheap air jordans, while the plug-in van grant provides 20pc towards the purchase price, up to a maximum of ?8,000. Fleet operators stand to make savings by converting their vehicles to plug-in options.
There are other important reasons why organisations should consider EV charging for their business, not least the chance to raise the profile of their brand and boost their reputation.
It is a demonstration of strong green credentials, which can give companies a competitive advantage with their customer base, supply chain and talent acquisition.
Investing in EV charging points offers businesses of all sizes and sectors a host of benefits, opportunities to cut costs and carbon emissions, and to have happier EV-driving employees and enhanced sustainability profiles.
