Misbehaving tourists in Magaluf,

The fines range from ?100 to ?599 (?88 to ?527) for “minor” offences, including throwing cigarette butts or shining a laser beam on the streets, to more “serious” misdemeanours, for which the fine is ?600 to ?1,499 (?528 to ?1,319), and “very serious” violations, including serving alcoholic drinks to those under the age of 18, where it is ?1,500 to ?3,000 (?1,320 to ?2,640).
Local bars and cafes can also face fines for serving alcohol to those who are already drunk, or serving drinks or food to be consumed on the street, while owners must “ensure good order” and event organisers “must guarantee people’s safety”.
Climbing trees is not permitted

Many of the new restrictions were reportedly proposed as a response to nearly 15,000 complaints made annually by locals to the council and police. The latest ruling forms part of a five-year, ?214? million regeneration programme

Winners and How They Succeed is understood to include a whole chapter on the Queen, based on Mr Campbell’s experiences in Downing Street and on more recent conversations with royal aides.
Miss Mayer, who met the Prince while researching her biography and spoke to some of his closest aides, claims the Prince is “joylessly” taking over more and more of the Queen’s royal duties; he feels so passionate about the many causes he champions that, in the words of one courtier, ascending the throne will be like “
rison shades” closing for him.
In an article for Time magazine, written as she researched the book, she said that: “Far from itching to assume the crown, he is already feeling its weight and worrying about its impact on the job he has been doing.”
But sources close to the Prince have told The Telegraph that anyone who claims to have insight into his thoughts on kingship is merely “hypothesising” because “there is no-one other than his mother with whom he would discuss such a sensitive matter”.
A spokesman for the Prince said: “Speculation about what sort of king the Prince of Wales will make has been around for many, many years and the Household and the Prince have never commented on this and neither will they do so now.”
Miss Mayer’s book,
Charles, The Heart of a King is also expected to address the belief in some quarters that the Queen should bypass her son and make the Duke of Cambridge her successor.
She quotes the Prince saying that: “If you chuck away too many things, you end up discovering there was value in them.”
Among the friends of the Prince Miss Mayer spoke to was the actor Emma Thompson, who described dancing with him as “better than sex” and the former chief rabbi Jonathan Sacks, who described him as being: “Both ahead [of] and behind his time. He’s not of his time.”
James Sommerville, who co-founded the design company Attik with a ?2,000 loan from the Prince’s Trust and went on to become vice president of global design for Coca-Cola, told Miss Mayer the Prince is so entrepreneurial that: “If he was in industry, he would be a Branson or the late Steve Jobs.”
