The end is near — for Windows XP users who hope to keep their operating system up-to-date with security patches and updates.

Yep, after April 8, Microsoft will officially no longer support Windows XP. There’ll be no more security updates, nonsecurity hotfixes,cheap jordans for sale, free or paid support options or online technical content updates.

According to Microsoft, PCs running Windows XP after April 8 should not be considered protected. It recommends upgrading to a currently supported version of Windows, like 7 or 8.1, that will still receive regular security updates.
