I run an IT business and have installed dozens and dozens of routers. I never was the biggest fan of Netgear routers for consumer/small business use,

Basic setup is incredibly easy. If you download the Netgear Up app set up only takes a few minutes and automatically updates the firmware to the latest version,

Compared directly to a Netgear X6 the Netgear X10 is significantly better (in speed, wifi coverage, and features.)
- With the Netgear X6 I usually got about 65-75% wireless signal on my laptop from my desk,
cheap real jordans. The X10 gives me full 100% wireless signal in the same location using the same laptop.
-The Netgear X6 averaged about 135Mbps download and 63.03Mbps on my laptop from my desk compared to the X10 which was much better at about 195Mbps download and 98Mbps upload from the same location using the same device.
- The Netgear X6 has the 'standard' 4 Gigabit ports and USB 3.0 port compared to the Netgear X10 which has 6 Gigabit ports,

I still think that Netgear's software is quite limiting and doesn't allow easy freedoms to enable features such as AP mode, Bridge Mode, etc.. or open source firmware compared to ASUS, Linksys, etc.. For 95% of users this doesn't really matter or apply. If you just need a router with great WiFi and internet this will make you very happy.
Overall I am very impressed and think this router is worth the price,
