Terms of participations

  • The accomodation can be requested by married couples or couples living together, both employed, aged aprox. 30-60, with or without children.
  • Regency can refuse the claim to the accomodation without any explanations.
  • The accomodation can be claimed only once.
  • Regency Resorts provides the accomodation for 7 nights in one of the appartments belong to Regency. In case of overbooking quests will be accomodated in an apartmenthotel which not belongs to the Regency Resorts, and Regency meets the expenses of this.
  • The condition of the free accomodation is to participate on a presentation in English (or it is possible in other language, too), where an opportunity presents itself for purchasing without any obligations, buying is the quests’ own decision.
  • Quests accept that they pay 300 euros deposit on arrival at the reception (in cash or with credit card). During their stay if no damage caused to the apartment, the whole amount of  the deposit will be given back when the quests are ready to leave.
  • The accomodation needs to be booked in advance, Regency sends a confirmation of the reservation, which has to be presented on arrival at reception. The application can be done by filling out and sending back the quastionnaire.
  • To confirm your reservation you need to supply the flight number and the exact time of your arrival within two weeks upon receipt of the confirmation of your accomodation.
