Is the weather really like in spring time? What kind of clothes do I have to take?
The weather is varied but not changable. Around Las Américas the weather is springlike. If you visit Tenerife in winter, you may be tried by the sudden break in the weather. Protect yourself against the sunstroke, use cap, suntan lotion. The situation is just the very opposite in summer. If you would like to run away from the unbearable heatwave, destination Tenerife. Although Tenerife and the whole Canary Archipelago live on bather tourists, flimsy clothing are only acceptable on the beaches. Igényes appearance is expected in restaurant, specially in dinner-time. You can not sit down to table wearing bathing suit, man needs to wear trousers and shirt. The same case is with visiting churches, no short skirts, shorts, T-shirts. If you travel a good distance away in the island you can not avoid mountains so it is important to take at least a sweater with you, because the temperature is rather chilly a few hundreds meters high above sea-level. In winter season you can count on any time rain, specially in the north region, snow in the mountains above 2000 meters.

Liquids must be smaller than 100 mls, even if they are not full. Every liquid must be presented in a transparent, plastic bag which capacity can not be more than 1000 mls. One plastic bag can be used per passenger. Plastic bags of standard size can be gotten at the airport. You can carry liquids in the baggage that you send to the cargo hold. Liquids bought in the security zone can be taken to board.

Is it obligatory to buy the passenger ticket from you?

Absolutely not, we do not sell tickets. You have to organize your tour.

Is the running water drinkable?

Few fresh-water springs can be found in Tenerife. Acutally, you can drink sea-water which is disinfected and also the salt is extracted from it. The water is disinfected with iodine and not chlorine that gives a strange taste and smell to the running water, however, it is not harmful to health. If you can not get used to the running water, you can buy bottled drinking-water in any grocery. Do not be surprised if it tastes like iodine a bit.
