The apartments are located in Tivat, 5km from
the town center, in a little place Lepetane in the Kotor Bay
and open during the whole year.

The house with 5 holiday apartments is just at the
beach, it is a great choice if you would like to take a rest, swim in the
sea , but also take a look around in Montenegro. Tivat is only 5 km far,
Kotor is 12 km far, the ferry boat station, which is connecting Herceg
Novi and Tivat is only 350 m far from the apartments
We have 3 apartments (self catering apartments) and
2 studio rooms. Each of them includes own bathroom and toilet. The
apartments have own separate kitchen and sea-view terrace. The studio
rooms has the kitchen inside the room. The studio rooms share the common
terrace which also has seaview, but is situated in front of the entrance,
as a part of the stairway. Each of them has its own mini kitchen.
The apartment house is an ideal for family
vacation. The apartments/studio rooms are well equipped,fully
furnished,airconditoned. Kitchen including tableware, plates, glasses,
cooking facility, fridge. The nearest shop is just about 350 m where you
can buy everthing you may need to prepare a good dinner/lunch or breakfast.
If you would like to taste the local food, we can offer you a very good
restaurant, just about 2 km far from us.
