Just wondering how do i move the driver and supension?

Position parameters are in the natives folder. You can find those coordinates in the config.cfg file, at here:
steering -0.376 0.516 -0.331 0.000 -0.235 0.000 0.010 sphere 0.100 (position of the steering wheel)
...
pedals -0.376 0.076 -0.685 (position of the feets)
seat -0.376 0.176 0.088 0.000 0.349 0.000 (position of the butt)
shifter -0.178 0.596 -0.379 0.0 0.8 0.0 (position of the gear knob)
The first 3 values are the X-Z-Y move coordinates (in meter),
and the next 3 are the X-Z-Y rotate coordinates.

Every suspension have multiple linked coordinates. For example, first open your chassis.cfg and find this lines:
slot -0.433 0.170 -1.456 0.000 0.000 0.000 901 ; FL_arm_on_chassis
slot 0.433 0.170 -1.456 0.000 0.000 0.000 902 ; FR_arm_on_chassis
slot -0.433 0.180 1.456 0.000 0.000 0.000 903 ; RL_arm_on_chassis
slot 0.433 0.180 1.456 0.000 0.000 0.000 904 ; RR_arm_on_chassis
Those coordinates'll modify your arm's position. The next step is search every wheel's own section.

Of course, because the official coordinate script is only available for 3dsmax 7.

But almost procedure is in the CRC 2005 car tool documentation v1.0.exe.
