Winery:
I am René Juhász a gardener engineer, wine-growner and winemaker form the Mátra, Hungary. In 2012 I won a "Young Farmer" European Union tender and with it my dreams have come true as I opened my own little, family winery. Since that time, we have specialized in traditional and ecological farming on our wineyards. Our grapefields are found in outstanding parcels of Gyöngyöstarján and Gyöngyöspata, Peres, Cserepes, Száraz-völgy, and Kisdomb. The René's Wine Heaven name represents my love of my profession, the love of nature, and is a tribute to my brother. The philosophy of our company: We harvest ecological grapes and process with traditional handcraft methods of winemaking. We wish to appeal to the wine consumer who is critical about the quality and the ingredients inside.
What is "organic grapes" and "organic wine"?
During the ecological farming of the grapes, we do not use synthetical pesticides, chemical fertilizers, weed-killers or other artificial substances. The main goal is to strengthen the immune system of the vine. We use vitamins and natural minerals to augment the capability of the grape vines. Our process has been certified by the Biokontroll Hungária Non-profit Ltd. They examine our winemaking process from planting until bottling. These inspections are even more demanding than those of the European Union. We are proud to have achieved this certification.
Wines:
Our grapes are processed in Gyöngyöstarján. At present we have Irsai Olivér, Chardonnay, Müller-Thurgau, Portugieser, Blue-Frankish, Bíborkadarka, and Othello varieties. The wines are made from fruitlimitary grapes with spontaneous fermentation in the traditional method. We never use artificial means to enhance or change the taste, scent, or consistency of the wine. After fermentation, we used aged barrique and skid barrels to give our wines their distinctive taste. Each bottle is "hand made" and as such we have limited supplies.
Tasting:
Our cellars are in Gyöngyöspata and Hollókő. We welcome you to come visit and taste our special wine. We can host groups from all sizes and tailor the tastings for larger groups. At these tastings, we explain our wine making process and the different types of wine we produce. We look forward to sharing with you our passion for wines.

Juhász René kertész mérnök, szőlész-borász vagyok. 2012-ben Fiatal Gazda Pályázatot nyertem és ezzel valóra vált az álmom, elindíthattam kis családi borászatomat.
Azóta szívvel-lélekkel, hagyományos módszerekkel, ökológiai művelésben gazdálkodunk a közel 6 hektáros birtokon. Szőlőink Gyöngyöstarján és Gyöngyöspata kiemelkedő dűlőiben találhatók, mint a Cserepes, Peres, Száraz-völgy, Kisdomb. A René's Wine Heaven név tükrözi a szakmámhoz való alázatomat a természet szeretetét a bor minőségének fontosságát és ezzel szeretnék tisztelegni bátyám emléke előtt.
Borkészítési filozófiánk: Az organikus művelésből származó szőlőinknek a helyi hagyományok megőrzésével, kézműves módszerekkel történő feldolgozása. Kiemelkedő minőségű, "mennyei" bio borok előállítása, palackozása, a minőségre igényes és az egészségükre adó borfogyasztók tetszésének elnyerése.
