Adobe house renovation – Living rooom substrate concreting

The bottom of the room was filled with pebbles and rounded ceramic B30s for ventilation.

Extraction of the chimney was not easy. It was full of bricks and everything (or rather bad).

The gravel was prepared in the kitchen to avoid getting down from below, because it is quite tiring with concreting.

Thus at least the weather has become independent from the concrete, because it has all the necessary material inside.

I also got 7-grade cement. I turned 2 times with poor Suzuki (400kg first, then 300kg of cement).

By the time I applied, I was tired.

The chimney was so full of debris:

It was closed to the attic. This was after the pain (the bathroom had a hole and was cleansed there).

Looks downwards after cleaning:

Five to six buckets of rubbish and soot came out of the chimney...

The ceramic was bent and stacked in the chimney so that the pipe could be driven.

With 2-piece 45-degree element, he just pushed the pipe into place.

Its top was covered with pots and it was cemented so as not to move:

(This is only 2-3cm. The concrete mixer will be 8cm thick.)

There are two 2m 110-sewer pipes on the roof. From here the name of the air duct ventilator :).

I used the well-proven WU2 shampoo to relieve tubes.

It certainly does not hurt the rubber seals, but it can be fine with it.

The other end of the ventilator enters the air from the hall. To do this I developed a sewage pipe 110 as drilling tool:

After a lot of water, rotation and iron pipe expansion, only the 1m pipe on the wall went through:

This was 1 day work.

Then the whole thing went well and had to be mined with a pipe of iron ...

But after all, "it came to me" :).

The other side:

All the bricks between the bricks were plastered / covered with ceramic tiles to prevent bugs / mice from finding it in a new home.

Then, "just" the concrete was back:

The final result:

This is how the concrete is made. You can come after a month of drinking

The vapor barrier layer, the thermal insulation and then the top concrete layer is well fed.
