Adobe house restoration – Base core making

Well, when we want to reinforce a baseless wall, use a cast iron for priming.

This must be bent and assembled well before the work begins.

A work trench cannot be open indefinitely, so it's better to prepare everything in advance.

First I had to do some kind of bending machine:

There is a lot of "like Russian" material in it, but it can be used well

The point is that you just have to get tired of it and bend the wrought iron.

It had to be carved a bit, but it was also good without bearing :).

It was a good 40x20cm bracket.

At 40cm I put on a stopper so that I didn't always have to measure it, and the 20cm was checked.

These many steels have all been used ...

Such little "wretched" turned into distorted rectangles.

Actually, it is made of water and gas pipe residues.

Of course, due to the lack of heat treatment, the bending jaws quickly wear out, but what he had to do was smoothly.

The assembly took longer than bending.

It has been supported by all existing tools.

At the end, 5 of these 6 meter monsters were born.

My masonry acquaintances saw me accidentally (because he had ordered the concrete mixer)

and they remark that they do not fold the millimeter exactly to the millimeter,

because it doesn't matter up to 1-2cm deviation for any page ...

(In a 40cm base, 20cm wide ironing is really right).

Yeah, that's my exact spiritual world. That's why I'm more of a mechatronic technician :).
